I am behind on blogging so this is going to be a less wordy, picture packed post filled with the memories from our 4th of July this year.
We started out the day with our traditional neighbor breakfast at Porter Park.
Then we watched most of the parade with our friends. The non-candy element was a let-down. It's good we had our friends there, or it would have felt like a disappointment for sure.
Then we headed down to Idaho Falls to enjoy the afternoon with Blaine's family. We had a BBQ, played "Minute-To-Win-It" and lounged around in the sunshine.
I finally got around to making this patriotic Jell-O cake that I have been wanting to make for years!
