Eliza's Blessing

Eliza Jane was blessed today.  Did we tell you we changed her name to Eliza Jane?  We started calling her that after she was born and now it's her name (as opposed to just Eliza).

Today was one of those magical days that you want to last forever.  Surrounded by family and friends and sweet memories of babies that have brought heaven with them.

Welcome Summer

June 2017

Summer means sundresses, Mary Jane shoes and oatmeal with strawberries and blueberries!
On another high note, I got a calling to be a sunbeam teacher.  The hugest blessing happened the day I was sustained in church....Eliza started sleeping through the night.  She fell asleep on Saturday night at 11:30 pm and I woken her up for church at 8:30 am.  Nothing like some sunshine and sleep to a Mama's heart!

Another thing that has made me happy lately is eating outside in our backyard.  It isn't big, and nothing grand, but it's our happy little world.  It's green and has a beautiful view of the majestic mountains.  I am glad summer is here!

My sister-in-law gave me these cute little dress up clothes for E.  The morning was a good one, so I decided to get a little photo shoot of her.  Then B wandered in and joined in.  I always love to see how in love my kids are with their siblings.  It warms my heart.
