Sunday March 25, was a special day indeed! It is my mother's birthday! She would have been 60 years old today! I am sure my mom had a hand in this...guess who else has a birthday today? Our new nephew Baby Hudson! My mother just LOVED babies! I am sure she was so excited to see a little angel be born to my sister Emily and her husband Kyle! He is 6 pounds 13 ounces and has light brown hair. He is in New York City, so we haven't got to meet him yet. We decided to celebrate by making a New York Cheesecake and putting candles in it and singing to Grandma Marilyn and Hudson! What a happy day! We can't wait to meet him!
Let's Go Fly A Kite!
Saturday was the perfect day to fly a kite. We bundled up our cute little Hyrum and went to best kite-flying spot around. Hyrum was much more excited about playing in the sand than flying kites! We had a ball together running around the field, watching the sunset and gazing at the other kites out. I love kite-flying days!
